G-20 Presidency: Second leg of snow run in Kashmir on Apr 9

Jammu: After the successful conduct of Bhaerwah Snow Run, the Real Sports India in the second leg of the events in collaboration with Ministry of Tourism, Govt of India, is organising the Snow Run on April 9 in Kashmir to celebrate the Presidency of India in G-20 and promotion of local tourism.

Race Director, Sudhir Anand told UNI, “Bhaderwah Snow Run was a huge success and participation with support from all the stakeholders made it possible.”

“Next Snow Run is scheduled for April 9 in Kashmir and we are hopeful of larger participation,” said Anand.

He said that the Real Sports India in collaboration with Ministry of Tourism, Govt of India organised first of its kind Snow run in Gulidanda area of Bhaderwah region earlier in which around135 people participated in various categories.

The theme of the event was to celebrate the Presidency of India in G-20 and promotion of local tourism, said Anand.

He stated that the event was supported by J&K Tourism Department, Indian Army, District Administration Doda, District Police, ABETA, Bonn Industries, University of Jammu (Bhaderwah Campus), SMVD Narayana Hospital and Hari Niwas Hotel.

“JK Randonneurs was the official partner of the event and four of its members completed a cycle rally from Jammu to Bhaderwah giving a message of Clean India and Green India,” the Race Director revealed.
