PM Modi to visit Mumbai for Lokarpan and Bhumi Pujan programme

Mumbai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Bhumi Pujan ceremony of various ambitious projects worth around Rs 38,800 crores on January 19 in Mumbai.
Modi will also transfer loans sanctioned to more than one lakh beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana.
According to official press statement issued tonight the program will be held at the MMRDA ground in Bandra-Kurla complex and various dignitaries including Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will be present on this occasion.

PM Modi will Inaugurate of Metro Lines 2-A and 7, Inauguration of 20 new ‘Hinduhrdayamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Apala Dawakhana’ of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, foundation laying of seven sewage treatment plants, foundation laying of redevelopment works of three Municipal Corporation hospitals namely Goregaon, Bhandup and Oshiwara, about 400 km of roads.
Programs such as concreting, Bhumi Pujan of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Railway Station redevelopment works and disbursement of loans to beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana will be held on this occasion.
