Rajouri Attacks: Injured youth succumbs at Jammu hospital, toll rises to 7

Jammu: A-23-year old youth injured in Rajouri attacks undergoing a treatment have succumbed on Sunday morning at Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu.

Prince Sharma, who was among 15 persons suffered injuries in terrorist attack on January 1 in village Dhangri of Rajouri district, this morning succumbed to injuries.

The toll however, have swollen to seven.

Protests triggered in entire Jammu region against killings.

The administration has also started imparting training with weapons to Village Defence Guards to strengthen them and fight against terrorism in bordering belts.

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha also visited the site of incidents and assured justice to the victims.

Earlier six people including a minor were killed and 15 injured in firing by terrorists and IED explosion at the same spot.
