Srinagar: The University of Kashmir on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with six affiliated colleges aspiring to come in the fold of accreditation by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

The colleges will be mentored under the NAAC’s Margadarshan Mentor-Mentee scheme, a quality promotion initiative that aims to guide and facilitate the aspiring higher education institutions (HEIs) to prepare for the assessment and accreditation process, a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) reads.
