Mumbai: Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena has moved the Bombay High Court seeking court’s nod to hold annual Dussehra rally at Shivaji Park in Mumbai.
Meanwhile, another faction of Sena led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Thursday also approached Bombay High Court, opposing Thackeray-led Sena plea.
Shinde faction claimed that Uddhav Thackeray had suppressed facts regarding pending dispute over which is the real Shiv Sena.
